The Mighty Ducks

Veteran actor Emilio Estevez plays Gordon Bombay, a one-time hockey prodigy-turned burned out lawyer who gets a second chance to love hockey again when ends up coaching ay youth hockey team called the Ducks.

The Ducks were not very good, but they wanted to play better and that inspired Gordon to really improve the team. In doing so the Ducks and their new coach will have beat a team coached by by Gordon's former youth hockey coach, who only cares about winning at all costs.

What are the Ducks going to do? Well, lets put this way, Tte film was a huge hit, spawning two sequals and a Disney TV series.

Fun Facts:

Disney bought the California Angels Baseball team after after producing the remake of "Angels in the Outfield" and created The"Mighty Ducks of Anaheim NHL Hockey  team.

Under Disney Ownership Each team would go on to win a World Championship, The Angels in 2002 and The Ducks in 2007.
